See my blog: Certification for Medical Coding Specialist. It is my feeling that AAPC misrepresents their testing procedures and there is very limited chance of passing their examinations. They have a very large number of members but less than half of them are certified? I would like to know what Specialty Review Board looks at their ability and qualification to control a method of examination and how valid it is as pposed to the need to spend big money to take their courses in order to pass their examination. Are there trick questions? Sylvia
